Common questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iPhone Settings app, tap your name at the top, tap Subscriptions, find Clausette, then tap Cancel Subscription. You can also reach this from Settings inside Clausette, under Subscription. Cancelling ends auto-renewal at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
How do I get a refund?
Apple processes all App Store refunds directly. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Clausette purchase, and request a refund. If Apple needs context from us, email account@clausette.app and we'll respond.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase, open Clausette, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will reappear within a few seconds.
How do I delete my account?
Open Clausette, go to Settings, tap Account, then Delete account. This permanently removes your wardrobe, dolls, OOTD history, and all account data. The action is irreversible.
How do I delete my body photos and face data?
Open Clausette, go to Settings, tap Privacy, then Delete face data. This removes your stored body photos and the face reference used by the doll feature. Existing generated dolls are not affected by this action; use Delete account to remove those as well.
I can't sign in
Make sure you're using the same sign-in method you used to create the account (Apple, Google, or email). If you forgot which one, try each in turn; only the original method will work. For account recovery, email account@clausette.app with the email address you signed up with.
My doll, try-on, or item extraction failed
AI features occasionally fail when photos are too dark, too blurry, or contain too many objects. Re-upload a clearer photo with good lighting and a single subject. If a paid feature failed and you'd like it retried, email support@clausette.app with your Support ID (Settings, Account, Support ID). Including this ID lets us locate your request quickly.
How do I export my data?
Open Clausette, go to Settings, tap Privacy, then Request data export. You'll receive a download link by email within a few days. EU and UK users can also request export by emailing account@clausette.app per GDPR.
I want to report another user or content
Open the profile, post, or doll you want to report and tap the Report option. For urgent moderation issues, email account@clausette.app with a description and screenshots if available.
